Refund policy

1. Return period

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@cosmerna.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.


2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must include all original packaging, seals, and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.


3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used cosmetics or skincare products

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Gift cards or promotional items


4. Return shipping cost

  • Customer’s change of mind: Return shipping and any original shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    The refund will be processed excluding both-way shipping fees.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost in this case.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@cosmerna.com.


7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
