This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on https://www.cosmerna.com

All international orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in Seoul, Republic of Korea.


1. Shipping regions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@cosmerna.com for assistance.


2. Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During holidays, sales periods, or high-demand seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.


3. Shipping methods & delivery times

We partner with reliable international couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS, or Korea Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times vary by region:

4. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.


5. Address & delivery issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery,
the reshipping fee and any return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email.
Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after dispatch.


7. Customs & import taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the shipment is returned, we will refund the product cost minus shipping and return costs.


8. Undelivered or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment,
please contact our support team at support@cosmerna.com.
We will help contact the courier and initiate an investigation.
